Family and friends of Canadian athletes competing at the London 2012 Paralympic Games this summer will have the chance to cheer on their loved ones in person!
In partnership with the Canadian Paralympic Committee, Petro Canada, a Suncor Energy business, will cover the cost of tickets reserved for Canadian athletes under a program developed by the London Games Organizing Committee (LOCOG). The LOCOG program will reserve two tickets per athlete to events in which an athlete competes, including preliminary, elimination and medal rounds. The sport of swimming will be the one exception, with one ticket available per athlete, per race, due to extremely high demand and seating capacity restrictions. Accessible seating tickets are also available.
All ticket distribution under the Petro-Canada Athlete Family Program will take place in London at Games time. As program logistics become finalized, information will be released regarding pick-up locations and processes. LOCOG will assign the seats.
All other ticket purchase requests by Canadians must be made through Flight Centre. If you are interested in purchasing tickets you must contact Flight Centre (1-855-450-9499) and a Flight Centre representative will take your ticket order request. Please be aware that this is a ticket order request, and placing a request does not guarantee that you will receive the tickets. Due to the high demand for Paralympic tickets all tickets are subject to availability.
The CPC is proud to announce the location of Canada Paralympic House. We have taken over Bishopsgate Institute for the duration of the Paralympic Games!Located in the Spitalfields area of London, walking distance to Family and Friends hotel Ibis London City, CPH will be a “Home Away from Home” for Canadian Paralympic Family members.Canada Paralympic House will provide a variety of services exclusive to Canadians in London during the Games.
