How do you think wheelchair basketball helps to develop and improve a community or a country?

“Wheelchair basketball is an amazing vehicle to integrate a variety of groups of people. I think it embraces the true spirit of sport where literally anyone and everyone can play. It doesn’t matter if you have a disability or not, if you are a boy or a girl or if you are young or old, there is a program available. Wheelchair basketball is a catalyst for positive change in our society and demonstrates the values of the Paralympic movement. Whether is it at the grassroots, recreational level or in the pursuit of excellence on the international stage wheelchair basketball brings people together.”
