Wheelchair Basketball Players To Be Nominated To Rio 2016 Canadian Paralympic Team

 

(Toronto, Ont.) Monday May 30, marks 100 days to go until the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games, and the Canadian Paralympic Committee and Wheelchair Basketball Canada will announce the athletes and coaches nominated to the Rio 2016 Canadian Paralympic Team.

WHAT:    100 days to Rio – Canadian Men’s and Women’s Wheelchair Basketball Teams Nomination Announcement

WHEN:   Monday, May 30, 2016

  • 9:30-10:15 a.m. – Canadian Men’s Team open practice (photo and video opportunity)
  • 10:30-10:45 a.m. – Canadian Men’s and Women’s Teams nomination announcement & Team Canada jacket presentation (photo-op)
  • 10:45 a.m. – Interview availability

WHERE:  Mattamy Athletic Centre, Coca Cola Gym (2nd floor) – 50 Carlton St, Toronto, ON M5B 1J2
