WBC developed the hub with leading experts, offering comprehensive training modules, instructional videos, and best practices tailored specifically for wheelchair basketball. Whether you’re a new coach or athlete looking to build your skills or a seasoned professional aiming to refine your approach, this platform provides accessible, high-quality educational resources to explore.
The e-learning hub includes:
- 34 instructional videos
- 50 practice plans
- 7 classification modules
- 6 seating guidelines
- 5 table official modules
“Our goal with this project is to mobilize knowledge to make wheelchair basketball more accessible and inclusive,” said Sean Liebich, Wheelchair Basketball Canada’s Director of Development. “This e-learning hub is a game-changer. The tagline says it all – Learn, Play, Share – Anywhere. We are excited to watch the impact these resources will have at all levels.”
Wheelchair Basketball Canada acknowledges the Government of Canada for its generous support of the Learning Hub.
The platform is available for free and can be accessed anytime, anywhere. For more information and to explore the e-learning hub, visit wheelchairbasketball.ca/learninghub.
