Wheelchair Basketball Canada is forming a Women’s Nationals Working Group (WNWG) to review and recommend a long term plan for the women’s domestic competition.

The WNWG will report directly to the Domestic Committee and will be composed of the following positions:

• 4 General representatives (Athletes, Provincial Coaches, PSO Representatives, Officials)
• 1 National Team coaching representative (representing the High Performance Programs)
• 1 Officials representative
• The Women’s Commissioner
• The VP Domestic
• One to two additional members to represent the wheelchair basketball community, high performance, or other

All interested individuals should email sliebich@wheelchairbasketball.ca no later than Friday, February 9, 2018 to indicate their interest in joining this working group. The Domestic Committee will review all applicants with the intention of creating a diverse group that represents the entire country and wheelchair basketball membership.
