Sixteen athletes will participate in the camp from April 17-21 at the NTC

Wheelchair Basketball Canada announced that 16 athletes will participate in a training camp from April 17-21 at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre in Toronto.

The five-day camp will feature a mix of on-court practices and off-court activities as preparation continues for selecting the Senior Women’s National Team roster for the IWBF World Championships (June 9-20).

“This camp will provide our women’s coaching staff and athletes an opportunity to build chemistry as we gear up for the IWBF World Championships,” said Jeff Dunbrack, Wheelchair Basketball Canada High Performance Director. “Additionally, it will give our high performance staff another opportunity to evaluate the athletes before making roster selections for Dubai.”
