Tokyo 2020 Broadcast Schedule

All Wheelchair Basketball games will be live-streamed

Canada’s Paralympians, including both the men’s and women’s Wheelchair Basketball teams, will receive a record number of hours of TV and live stream coverage during the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games (Aug. 24-Sept. 5).

Coverage beginning with the Canadian women in action against Great Britain (Aug. 25, 1:45 am/et) and the men tipping off against Spain (Aug. 25, 8 pm/et) will be available across the Canadian Paralympic Media Consortium, including primary broadcaster CBC/Radio-Canada.

All of the men’s and women’s Wheelchair Basketball games will be streamed live at Paralympic.ca/Tokyo-2020, cbc.ca/tokyo2020 and Radio-Canada.ca/jeux-paralympiques, the CBC Sports app for iOS and Android devices, the free CBC Gem streaming service, and the Radio-Canada Sports app.

“We’re ecstatic to have our teams and athletes showcased like never before,” said Wheelchair Basketball Canada Executive Director Wendy Gittens. “With friends, family and fans unable to attend these Games, the comprehensive coverage will help bring them closer to the Games and the athletes.”
